Holly, the Emerald Princess

Holly is an African Jardine's parrot. She’s the big cousin to the better-know Senegals, Meyers, and Brown-Headed parrots.

Holly is an expressive bird, and she wears her heart on her sleeve.  She is shy around newcomers, but is never reserved around her “parronts”.  She can be a peaceful, quiet bird; always ready with a kiss or a cuddle and absolutely loves magazine time.  She knows how to party, too.  She will swing carelessly by one toe from a toy in her cage, shrieking, flapping, or beating up on a toy...or roll onto her back on the bottom of her cage, because she is so excited about her toy that she wants to hold it with both feet.
